You can request deletion of your account and associated data by following these steps:

- Navigate to your Profile by clicking on your account menu
- Select "Request Account Deletion" from the account options
- Confirm your identity by entering your password
- Optionally provide a reason for deletion (this helps us improve our service)
- Submit your request – you will receive a confirmation email
3. Grace Period
After you submit a deletion request:
- 7-day grace period: Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion 7 days after your request
- Cancel anytime: You can cancel the deletion request at any time during this period by logging in and selecting "Cancel Deletion"
- Full access: You retain full access to your account during the grace period
- Email notifications: You will receive confirmation emails when you request deletion and when it is completed
4. Data That Is Permanently Deleted
When your account deletion is completed, the following data is permanently and irreversibly deleted:

7. Third-Party Data
Please note that deletion of your Home Safe Caregiver account does not affect data held by third parties:
- Payment processors: Stripe, Apple, or Google may retain transaction records according to their own policies
- Email providers: Copies of emails we sent you remain in your email account
