3. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

• Use by occupational therapist or other health professionals to be used as an informal guide
• Uploading photos within system limits for documentation purposes

• Use by licensed healthcare professionals for commercial or clinical purposes on behalf of patients or clients
• Representing the Service as a clinical evaluation or diagnostic tool
• Misusing or misrepresenting the Service's outputs as medical or legal advice
• Sharing login credentials or uploading harmful content
• Attempting to circumvent security measures
• Unauthorized access to other users' data or photos
• Uploading prohibited content or exceeding system limits
• Any activity that interferes with service operations or security

5. Technical Limitations and Security Measures

• File upload restrictions apply to protect service security
• Rate limiting measures are in place to prevent abuse
• Security monitoring helps protect all users
• Exceeding usage limits may result in temporary service restrictions

6. Advertising and Affiliate Links

6.1 Advertisements

The free tier of the Service is supported by advertisements provided by Google AdSense. By using the free tier, you agree to:

• View advertisements as part of your use of the Service

Premium users are not shown advertisements and can enjoy an ad-free experience.
